We work hard to ensure your requirements are integrated into our new product introduction programme. We understand that a good quality product starts with us.
Our goal is to make your products as efficiently as possible
We're looking to eliminate variation and waste from all of our processes to ensure the lowest manufacturing costs are able to be passed on to you. We do this by having well documented control procedures that are constantly monitored to identify and eliminate potential problems – we look to make you the right part every time. All our staff are trained on an individual job basis to ensure that your specific requirements are met.
We are here to make sure the company operates in a structured manner and is given the best data from which to make decisions
We are not here to filter out poor product; we direct our efforts at ensuring that product does not deviate from specification, and we use our findings to reduce the risk of future problems. Our department is a support function across the company. We want to know what it is you need as a customer so that we can make sure the whole company is working to deliver this.
Our ambition is to constantly achieve 100% uptime on all plant, equipment & tooling
We take pride in how well we can maintain equipment to avoid breakdown. To do this we are all multi-skilled, and we are constantly developing our preventative maintenance plans to deliver the optimum service level. All machine and mould tool maintenance is triggered by actual cycle count from the real-time monitoring system linked into our bespoke maintenance management system. Our life is made a little easier by the company continually investing in new plant, but this allows us to develop our skills in new areas of technology.

As a customer, you will want to know that every one of the 30 million components we deliver each year is going to arrive on time and in good condition. For most customers we deliver several times a day using our own fleet of vehicles.
We can offer you a bespoke delivery service including Kanban and lineside drops, self-billing and advanced shipping notifications. As the final point of contact, we want to make sure you are totally satisfied with the product at handover.
